Advantage F.A.S.T. Program

AFT is a SPARQ certified off season program to help athletes improve their speed, agilities and overall fundamental football skills. Workouts are conducted one day a week for two hours. Each workout consists of individual fundamental training, speed and agility training and end with skills testing that includes 7 on 7 between skill positions and 1 on 1 between the big men.

The key to football. The most important part of football is knowing how to get leverage and the advantage on your opponent. The way to do this is to repetition fundamentals over and over again until it becomes a reaction in game situations. We have recruited various coaches that have experience ranging from high school to division 1 college experience, all the way up to NFL experience.

Agilities

Most of football speed is from sideline to sideline. Quick feet is the key to getting around the ball and separating yourself from others. We use specific techniques to help you increase your agility that includes but is not limited to agility ladders, plyometric boxes and specific cone drills.

Speed TRAINING

We will concentrate on form running, resistance training, and interval training. Our goal is to help you decrease your 40 time as well as show you how to improve your game speed.
